What delivery costs
- Orders over R500 — free. Nationwide, no exceptions.
- Orders under R500 — a flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises after the fact.
- Collection — free, from 39 Cason Road, Boksburg North, during trading hours.
How long it takes
- Major centres — 1–2 business days.
- Outlying and rural areas — may take a little longer; the courier will confirm at checkout.

Weekday orders placed before 12pm are packed the same day. Orders after that, or over a weekend, go out the next working day.
Where we deliver
All nine provinces: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and Northern Cape.
That covers Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Kimberley and everywhere between.
Tracking your order
Every order gets a tracking number by email once it is dispatched. You can also check progress on our order tracking page.
Paying
Card or EFT through Yoco, a South African payment provider. Your card details go to Yoco, never to us. There is no surcharge for paying by card.

Is delivery really free over R500?
Yes, anywhere in South Africa. The threshold is calculated on the order total before delivery.
What if I am not home?
The courier will contact you on the number you provide. You can also give a work address at checkout.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Couriers deliver on working days. Weekend orders are packed the next working day.
