What collagen is
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body — it forms much of the structure in skin, hair, nails, joints and connective tissue. The body’s own production gradually declines from the late twenties onward, which is why supplemental collagen has become popular.
Ours is bovine collagen, sourced and packed locally. It is unflavoured and dissolves in hot or cold liquid.
