What collagen is
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. It forms much of the structural material in skin, hair, nails, joints and connective tissue. The body’s own production gradually declines from the late twenties onward, which is why collagen supplements became popular.
How to use it
Mix 2–3 teaspoons into a hot or cold drink, first thing in the morning. Stir it in as you pour rather than tipping it on top. Coffee, tea, water and smoothies all work.
