What moringa is
A fast-growing tree native to South Asia and widely grown across Africa. The leaves are dried and milled — a nutrient-dense leaf containing vitamins A, C and E, calcium, potassium, iron and plant protein. It has been eaten as a vegetable and dried leaf for centuries.
How to take them
Two capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed.
Powder or capsules?
Powder is better value and more versatile for cooking. Capsules are easier if you dislike the taste or want to take it out of the house.
