Food-first nutrition
Most of what we sell is food rather than isolated compounds — dried leaf, seeds, mushroom extract, marine plants. Moringa leaf carries vitamins A, C and E along with calcium, potassium and iron in the form the plant made them. Chia and flax bring fibre and omega-3. Sea moss is a natural source of iodine, magnesium and zinc.
That is a different approach from a multivitamin tablet, and it suits people who would rather get nutrients from something recognisable.
